So after uploading Tablet PC Input Panel for Xp Pro, Home, MCE here (All Editions) here, then i have uploaded some replacement applications (functional, from MS) for Windows 7 Math Input Panel in both Xp and Xp Tablet PC 2005, also Vista, + some new Vista/Tablet PC stuffs that ported to Xp All Editions (Pro, Home, MCE). However it's not 100% functional (inking recognition feature still doesn't work), but still better than nothing at all (like beta stage). Since our friend (n' my Bro) Jdd has ported Windows 7 Math Input Panel to Xp and Vista HERE.
